Administration

Chief Executive Officer - Cathy Bealer, RN, BSN, MHA

A registered nurse for over 25 years, Cathy has devoted her career to making a difference in the lives of patients. She received her nursing degree from Casper College in Casper, Wyoming before going on to complete her bachelor degree at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. She received her Masters Degree in health administration from Montana State University-Billings, and has received a Certification in Medical Practice Management.

A natural problem solver, she approaches every task with the same goal: to find solutions that will make a difference. Her goal is to make every patient’s experience an exceptional one, and knows that when a patient leaves feeling that every Frontier team member has positively impacted their lives, she’s done her job right.

A former member of the American Cancer Society’s advisory board, Cathy currently serves on the Community Oncology Alliance Administrators Network board and is a board member of the Montana Medical Group Management Association.

In her off hours, this mother of three is focused on her family, and she is active in her faith. She also enjoys relaxing with a good book or taking in a great movie.

Chief Operating Officer - Mary Beery, CLS (NCA), MHA

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in microbiology and chemistry, Mary began her career as a clinical laboratory scientist before going on to receive her Masters in health administration from Montana State University-Billings. She has been with Frontier for 20 years, serving as its Chief Operating Officer for the last seven.

As COO, Mary oversees Frontier’s research, nursing, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy and radiation oncology departments, as well as mid-level providers. Her management philosophy mirrors that of the Frontier: bring the best people together to offer patients a balance of compassionate care with great medical science and bring oncology into the modern era. Her goal is to ensure that patients are not defined by their cancer; instead, it is simply a part of their life story.

Mary also shares her experience, knowledge and expertise as a member of the American Cancer Society advisory board.

When she does have time away from Frontier, Mary loves to travel and spent time with her three children and two beautiful grandchildren.
